Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Duluth, GA is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems (BAS). You will report to the Field Service Manager and work on-site at our Duluth location.

The role requires strong technical leadership, ability to interpret schematics and regulatory codes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable BAS and life-safety performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service roles with Building Automation Systems and fire protection or life safety systems
• Strong technical expertise in BAS installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting with fire detection/alarm integration
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and regulatory codes related to BAS and fire safety systems

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of Building Automation Systems.
• Troubleshoot complex BAS issues to ensure continuous operation and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for seamless BAS integration.
• Conduct system testing, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of field activities
