Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale building automation and mission-critical controls projects across complex environments. You will drive strategic delivery, client relationships, and financial performance from planning through turnover.

Based anywhere in the US with up to 50% travel, you will oversee BAS/EPMS/SCADA projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in building automation, controls, or mission-critical construction.
• Experience leading large or complex projects in an executive or senior PM role.
• Knowledge of BAS/BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and integrated control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle execution of BAS/EPMS/SCADA projects across multiple sites.
• Oversee project financials: forecasting, budgeting, billing, cash flow.
• Drive schedule, safety, quality, procurement and client satisfaction.
• Mentor PMs, engineers, and field teams.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, and supply chain for project alignment.
• Review submittals, RFIs, commissioning plans, and schedules.
