Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior BAS Project Manager to lead large-scale BAS/DDC projects from award through turnover. You will own project delivery, budgets, schedules, and client relationships, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in Building Automation, strong HVAC knowledge, and proven leadership in complex commercial settings. You will mentor Project Managers and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and owners to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

6+ years of BAS/DDC project management experience.
Proven experience delivering large commercial BAS projects.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and controls.
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
Experience leading customer meetings and coordinating project stakeholders.
Strong understanding of construction project workflows and trades.
Ability to manage project risk, schedule challenges, and scope changes.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale BAS/DDC projects from project award through final acceptance.
Develop and manage project schedules, manpower plans, budgets, and execution strategies.
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, labor, and resource challenges.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Own project financial performance and profitability.
Review change orders and ensure opportunities are properly captured.
Lead recovery efforts on underperforming projects to restore profitability and schedule adherence.
