Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Executive to lead large-scale building automation, EPMS and mission-critical controls projects across commercial and data center environments. This leadership role oversees planning, execution, commissioning and turnover with a focus on safety, quality and client satisfaction.

You will base in the Fargo area or relocate, mentor PMs/engineers, coordinate with operations and estimating, and manage multiple projects to successful on-time completions while building

Qualifications

• 10+ years in building automation, controls, or related construction fields.
• Experience leading large or complex projects at senior/executive level.
• Strong knowledge of BAS/BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and integrated control systems.
• Experience managing contracts, subcontractors, and change orders.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional teams and client management.
• Data center or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of BAS, EPMS, SCADA and controls projects.
• Oversee project financials including forecasting, budgeting, billing, cash flow.
• Drive schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as senior escalation point for major clients and stakeholders.
• Lead executive meetings, contract talks, and change orders.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and engineers.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, supply chain and field teams.
• Review submittals, RFIs, commissioning plans, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and company expectations.
• Support growth initiatives and future project pursuits.
