Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the delivery of large-scale building automation, EPMS, and mission-critical controls projects across commercial and data center environments. Based in the US with travel up to 50%, you will oversee planning, execution, commissioning, and turnover.

You will drive safety, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction, manage budgets and change orders, mentor project teams, and partner with operations, engineering, estimating, and supply chain

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building automation, controls, or MEP projects.
• Experience leading large or complex projects in a senior PM or executive role.
• Strong BAS/BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and integrated control systems knowledge.
• Experience managing contracts, subcontractors, and change orders.
• Proven leadership and ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle execution of BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls projects.
• Oversee project financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, billing accuracy, and cash flow.
• Drive schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for high-profile clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead executive-level project meetings, contract discussions, and change order negotiations.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership teams.
• Coordinate closely with operations, engineering, estimating, supply chain, and field teams to ensure alignment across projects.
• Review submittals, RFIs, commissioning plans, and project schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and company expectations.
• Help support strategic growth initiatives, operational improvements, and future project pursuits.
