Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale building automation, EPMS, and mission-critical controls projects across commercial and data center environments. This senior role oversees planning, client coordination, execution, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring safety and quality.

You will drive financial performance, mentor teams, and coordinate with operations, engineering, estimating, and supply chain to align efforts on multiple programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building automation, controls, or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle execution of BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls projects.
• Oversee project financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, billing, and cash flow.
• Drive schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• Lead executive-level meetings, contract discussions, and change orders.
• Mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership teams.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, estimating, supply chain, and field teams.
• Review submittals, RFIs, commissioning plans, and project schedules.
• Ensure projects comply with contractual requirements and safety standards.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and future project pursuits.
