Job summary

Mantis Innovation is seeking a BMS Service Project Manager to lead day‑to‑day service operations for building automation systems in data centers and mission‑critical facilities. You will coordinate technicians, manage project plans, and ensure safe, high‑quality service delivery across customer sites with 50%+ overnight travel.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in BMS/BAS/HVAC controls, plus 1–3 years of team leadership.

Qualifications

4–7 years of BMS, BAS, HVAC controls, or building automation experience.
1–3 years leading technicians, crews, or field service operations.
Experience creating and upholding Method of Procedures (MOPs) to manage projects.

Responsibilities

Lead daily activities of BMS Service Technicians across assigned service projects and customer sites.
Coordinate technician scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation to support service commitments.
Monitor service progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
Support execution of service projects, repairs, commissioning activities, system upgrades, and corrective actions.
Track project milestones, labor utilization, and service completion status.
Escalate resource constraints, schedule risks, and customer‑impacting issues to the Construction Manager.
