Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale building automation and mission-critical projects across commercial and data center environments. You will oversee planning, execution, and turnover while driving safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will mentor project managers and coordinate with engineering, estimating, and operations teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within building automation, controls, mission-critical construction, or MEP project environments.
• Experience leading large or complex projects in a senior project management or executive-level role.
• Strong understanding of BAS/BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and integrated control systems.
• Experience managing contracts, subcontractors, project financials, and change order workflows.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, drive accountability, and build strong client relationships.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle execution of multiple BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, billing accuracy, and cash flow.
• Drive project success related to schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for high-profile clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead executive-level project meetings, contract discussions, and change order negotiations.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership teams.
• Coordinate closely with operations, engineering, estimating, supply chain, and field teams to ensure alignment across projects.
• Review technical documentation including submittals, RFIs, commissioning plans, and project schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and company expectations.
• Help support strategic growth initiatives, operational improvements, and future project pursuits.
