Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in culinary or related field.
• Four years of culinary experience in multiple venues or an equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to guests and team members.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines.
• Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients; present drinks to guests or servers.
• Maintain a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Operate a cash register/POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and participate as a team member with servers, hosts, supervisors and kitchen staff.
• Earn and maintain TiPS certification and RBS certification within required timelines.
• Acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license.
