Qualifications

• Customer-facing service experience preferred.
• Ability to resolve guest issues with diplomacy.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues.
• Licenses/certifications required by state/federal laws.
• Team members must maintain required licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take beverage orders and relay to bartenders for timely service.
• Ensure prompt and courteous delivery of drinks to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist bartenders, maintain bar cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Help with setup and breakdown for events and daily operations.
