Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in beverage service.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Professional appearance and demeanour; team player.
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate setup of the bar on a daily basis.
• Responsible for stocking garnishes, juices and perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests, takes and promotes drink orders; prepares and garnishes drinks.
• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Inputs orders into a register and creates guest checks; balances cash and vouchers.
• Receives cash, makes change, verifies charges, and balances receipts.
• Locks up and stores all beverage equipment; deposits cash drops and secures bank.
• Attendence and regular availability as required.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
