Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and ensure guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the hotel’s mixing and presentation standards.
• Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor and provide courteous service to guests and staff.
• Break down bar after events and manage liquor inventory and supplies.
• Follow all state liquor laws and hotel safety rules.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and organized throughout service.
