Job summary

In this role you will anticipate guest needs, resolve complaints, and work as part of a collaborative team in a historic boutique setting. Liquor liability training is required within 30 days of employment and every two years.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle cash, MICROS system, and tip policies; ensure proper charging for drinks.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction in each interaction.
• Complete liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every 2 years.
