Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality or bartending.
• Must communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Willing to pitch-in and help coworkers with their duties and be a team player.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
• Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register, make change, and total guest checks.
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily and stocks beverages and supplies.
• Greets guests, promotes and documents orders for drinks.
• Mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Abide by all state, federal and corporate requirements for alcohol service.
• Inputs orders into POS and creates checks for guests to balance transactions.
• Receives cash, makes change, verifies charges and balances cash drops.
• Locks up and stores equipment, deposits cash, and secures bank.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Collaborates with team to ensure smooth beverage service.
