Job summary

City National Bank in Boise, Idaho seeks a Business Systems Manager II to bridge business needs with the technology team. You will analyze requirements, elicit user stories, and guide system design to deliver reliable banking software solutions.

You will lead a team of senior analysts, craft test plans, train users, and ensure smooth integration of new systems into operations while contributing to product roadmaps with the Product Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in a banking software delivery org.
• At least 1 year leading senior analysts.
• Subject Matter Expertise across BA functions.
• PMI or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• SCRUM, BPMN, and data mapping experience.
• Proficient with SQL and banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs through analysis and requirements elicitation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement systems and processes.
• Produce business requirements, functional specs, user stories and wireframes.
• Perform end-to-end impact analysis across processes and data.
• Create UAT test plans and traceability matrices; address defects.
• Train users and deliver end-user documentation.
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems into operations.
• Supervise and coach junior business analysts; review deliverables.
• Participate in roadmap planning with Product Manager.
