City National Bank is seeking a Business Systems Manager II to bridge business needs with the technology team. You will analyze requirements, drive system implementation, and produce clear specifications and user stories. You will train users, support post-launch issues, and guide junior analysts.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years as a Senior BA in banking software delivery, and at least 1 year of leadership experience. Familiarity with Scrum, SQL, and Agile tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years as Senior Business Analyst in banking software delivery.
• 1+ year leading other Senior Analysts.

Responsabilités

• Identifies business needs and elicits requirements.
• Collaborates with technical teams to implement systems.
• Produces detailed BRD, functional specs, user stories, wireframes.
• Performs end-to-end impact analysis across processes.
• Creates UAT test plans and traceability matrices.
• Trains end users and documents usage.
• Supports post-production issues and enhancements.
• Supervises and coaches junior analysts.
• Participates in roadmap planning with Product Manager.
• Provides performance evaluation inputs.
