Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex initiatives from discovery through implementation. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to elicit and document requirements and translate them into user stories and system specs.

You will support testing, UAT, and release activities, maintain process documentation, and ensure alignment with SDLC and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Strong SDLC and Agile methodologies knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with requirements management and process mapping.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Lead complex initiatives from discovery through implementation.
Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system requirements.
Identify impacts to downstream systems and vendor integrations.
Support architecture and development teams during design and implementation.
Ensure solutions satisfy business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate requirement workshops and design reviews.
Testing & Release Support; review test scenarios and coverage; support UAT planning and defect triage.
