City National Bank is seeking a Business Systems Manager II to bridge business needs and technology. You will gather requirements, analyze systems, and collaborate with the tech team to deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities include creating detailed BRDs, user stories, wireframes, and leading UAT processes while guiding junior analysts. You will also train users, document processes, and help integrate new systems with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years in a Senior Business Analyst role in a banking software delivery org.
• 1 year leading/direct management of senior BI analysts.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs through analysis and requirements elicitation.
• Collaborate with tech to implement systems and deliverables.
• Produce BRD, functional specs, user stories, wireframes with system guidance.
• Perform end-to-end impact analysis across processes.
• Create UAT test plans, test traceability, and assist defects.
• Train end users and provide documentation.
• Ensure seamless integration into existing framework and minimize disruptions.
• Support implementation and post-production issues.
• Supervise and coach junior analysts; assign work; review deliverables.
• Participate in roadmap planning with Product Manager.
• Provide performance evaluation inputs.
