Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive end-to-end data product initiatives within the Insights, Data Engineering & Analytics group. You will define requirements, design data products, and ensure seamless integration across IT and business units to meet regulatory and governance standards.

You will lead data exploration, profiling, and quality assurance, partnering with Finance, Risk, and other teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ years in data analysis or analytics within banking.
• Experience with data product development, advanced analytics, or AI/ML in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle analysis, from requirements to solution design.
• Design, develop, and deploy data products from ideation to launch.
• Partner with IT and business units to integrate data products into systems.
• Gather, prioritize, and document requirements for data products.
• Model data with ER and data flow diagrams; ensure data quality.
• Mentor colleagues and manage large, complex programs.
