Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales or business development with enterprise deal experience.
• Ability to prospect into complex enterprise accounts and engage senior stakeholders.
• Understanding SaaS sales motions, subscription-based value, and buying committees.
• Ability to translate branch workforce challenges into workforce management value.

• Build and manage outbound prospecting motions via email, phone, LinkedIn, events.
• Develop understanding of prospect branch networks, operating models, and staffing challenges.
• Engage senior stakeholders in retail banking, workforce planning, and customer experience.
• Qualify opportunities by uncovering pain points, budget timing, and decision makers.
• Position value of branch workforce management software (forecasting, scheduling, etc.).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to advance opportunities through the funnel.
• Prepare discovery notes and handoff docs for sales transition.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and forecast outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
