Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to accelerate growth for Branch Workforce Solutions in the retail banking market.

This role targets enterprise SaaS sales, engaging senior banking leaders and translating branch operating challenges into workforce management, appointment booking, and customer engagement opportunities. The candidate will identify banks and credit unions, qualify opportunities, and drive outbound prospecting through multi-channel outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field preferred; equivalent SaaS/enterprise experience considered.
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales with a track record in complex deals.
• Ability to prospect into complex enterprise accounts and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong SaaS sales motions, value propositions, and enterprise qualification.
• Ability to communicate complex software concepts and business outcomes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Research and target banks, credit unions, and financial institutions for branch workforce solutions.
• Lead outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and ABM.
• Understand each prospect’s branch network, operating model, and customer experience goals.
• Engage senior stakeholders in retail banking, workforce planning, and digital transformation.
• Qualify opportunities by uncovering pain points, budgets, buying process, and sponsor.
