You will lead with relationship management, drive sales, and support onboarding to digital banking tools, ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 1 year of banking, sales, or related experience and minimum 6 months selling products or services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high quality customer service experience by completing bank transactions and opening accounts.
• Identify products and services to meet clients' current and future financial needs.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, and ensure service metrics align with company goals.
• Manage complex service and relationship needs in a fast-paced banking center environment.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process loan applications accurately.
• Lead onboarding for digital banking services and conduct outbound call activities.
