Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide banking operations support across branches in a professional and courteous manner. This role covers a range of duties from processing ACH, wires, deposits, and mobile transactions to reviewing new accounts and end-of-day activity, with emphasis on accuracy and security compliance.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of related customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related customer service experience preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH and Cash Letter files throughout the day.
• Review overdraft and stop pay items; review mobile deposits.
• Process wires and UNET requests; review new accounts.
• Review end-of-day batches and rejects; verify security reports.
• Protect the bank’s interests and report suspicious activity per policy.
