Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a senior leader to run a portfolio of strategic Banking & Financial Services accounts in the Americas from New York. You will guide client success, drive revenue growth, and maintain executive-level relationships while delivering cross-functional outcomes across Sales, Delivery, and Practices.

The role requires deep client leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of growing large enterprise accounts with P&L responsibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading and growing enterprise accounts in tech services or consulting.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing teams and driving revenue growth.
• Experience managing P&L, forecasting, and financial governance.
• Banking/Financial Services client experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic FSI accounts, driving retention and expansion.
• Lead executive reviews, governance, and client success planning.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and account-based growth initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leaders to achieve targets.
• Monitor health metrics, risks, and proactive issue resolution.
