This player-coach will oversee a portfolio of strategic enterprise FS clients, drive retention, expansion, and profitability, and lead a team of Client Success Managers across the CES portfolio.

The role partners with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leaders to execute account strategies, forecast revenue, and ensure measurable customer outcomes while advancing technology-enabled

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise accounts in tech services or consulting.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing teams.
• Experience driving revenue growth, profitability, retention, and expansion.
• Experience with P&L accountability and forecasting.
• Banking & Financial Services sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities
