Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Hands‑on data migration or system migration project involvement.
• Ability to reverse engineer legacy systems and map data flows.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders and tech teams.
• Create and manage BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Perform source-to-target data mapping and data lineage.
• Define data transformation, validation, and reconciliation rules.
• Produce data flow, system flow, and process diagrams.
• Collaborate with development, data engineering, architecture and QA teams.
• Support migration testing, UAT, cutover, and post‑migration validation.
• Maintain Jira boards, backlog, and sprint activities.
