Qualifications

• 14 to 18 years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Strong and demonstrable hands-on Java development.
• Experience progressing from Java developer or technical lead into architecture roles.
• Deep knowledge of Java and enterprise Java development, Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Microservices, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and API-first design.
• Cloud-native architecture, containers, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Experience producing solution architecture documents and diagrams.
• Banking or financial-services technology experience.
• Experience with Incedo or comparable technology consulting organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
