Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a hands-on Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead a data migration project from planning through execution.

You will partner with business, operations, data, and technology teams to ensure clear scope, sequencing, controls, and successful delivery. The role requires translating complex needs into actionable requirements, maintaining alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and enabling measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst or similar delivery role.
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Detail-oriented with large datasets, identifying issues and paths forward.
• Experience working across business, operations, product, data, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product from ideation to delivery; define scope, priorities, milestones, and outcomes; manage backlogs to align with goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support discovery, planning, refinement, and implementation; work with program management and technology teams to deliver and communicate initiatives.
• Drive migration timelines, tracking, controls, and reporting; monitor dependencies and issues.
• Contribute to test plans, runbooks, training materials, and production rollouts.
• Provide concise updates to stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams.
