Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst delivering data migration projects.
• Proven ability to write clear business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong attention to detail when handling large datasets and data migrations.
• Experience collaborating with business, operations, product, data and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product from ideation to delivery, define scope, priorities, milestones and outcomes.
• Refine backlogs and document requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support discovery, planning, refinement and implementation with program management and tech teams.
• Coordinate UAT, track issues and resolutions, and provide concise stakeholder updates.
• Drive migration timelines, controls and reporting; contribute to test plans and rollout readiness.
