Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar delivery role.
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Comfort with large datasets, identifying issues and potential paths forward.
• Experience working across business, operations, product, data, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product from ideation to delivery - Define scope, priorities, milestones, and outcomes.
• Refine backlogs to align with goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive migration timelines, tracking, controls and reporting.
• Contribute to test plans, runbooks, training materials, and production rollouts.
• Provide concise updates to stakeholders and teams.
