Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems required.
• 3–5 years in financial-services tech or business systems.
• Strong analytic, documentation and testing skills.
• Ability to own platform roadmaps and vendor relationships.
• Experience with process improvement and change enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own platform contact for assigned business applications and roadmaps.
• Develop and own multi-year platform roadmaps aligned with strategy.
• Manage configuration, releases, upgrades and integrations with tech and vendors.
• Monitor health, usage and value of platforms; identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain inventories of applications, interfaces and vendor dependencies.
• Lead or coordinate implementations, testing and change enablement.
• Partner with PMO on schedules, risks and reporting.
• Understand data flows and ensure accurate reporting.
• Drive AI, automation and emerging capabilities within processes.
