Formación

• 3+ years of teller experience at a U.S. bank.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML and KYC regulations.
• Ability to deliver white-glove customer service.
• Proficient with banking and cash management apps.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Takes full ownership of customer inquiries to support retention and growth.
• Manages case management tools and dashboards to prioritize tasks.
• Collaborates with business and banking teams for a white-glove experience.
• Handles daily reports, funds transfer requests, and client requests.
• Coordinates KYC document collection with clients and internal teams.
• Performs client callbacks to authenticate and verify requests.
• Communicates updates and training via calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Manages tasks with integrity and follows compliance guidelines.
• Si gnificantly contribute to enhancing client experience and workflows.
• Teller activities and participation in banking projects as needed.
