Columbia Bank is looking for a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Redondo Beach location. You will process daily teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality, while deepening client relationships and referring suitable bank products and services.

This onsite role emphasizes adherence to bank policies, risk controls, and outstanding customer service. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions accurately and securely (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, checks, cash handling).
• Balance cash drawer and process night drop deposits.
• Maintain confidentiality and risk controls for funds.
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate bank products and services.
