You will process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and protect customer information by following bank policies and security procedures. Strong communication and upselling skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; professional image.
• Korean language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with accounts, transactions, and services.
