Bank of Hope in Los Angeles is seeking a reliable Bank Teller to deliver efficient, accurate, and courteous service while assisting customers with their banking needs.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and protect customer information by following bank policies and security procedures. Strong communication and upselling skills are valued.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; professional image.
• Korean language ability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with accounts, transactions, and services.
• Balance cash drawer; process deposits/withdrawals; money orders.
• Educate customers on bank products and upsell when appropriate.
• Adhere to bank policies, security, and regulatory requirements.
