Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking a Bank Teller in Los Angeles to deliver efficient, accurate, and courteous service while assisting customers with their banking needs. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions, balance cash drawers, and uphold security and policy compliance.

Reporting to the Operations or Branch Manager, you will support branch operations, cross-sell services, and participate in training to stay current on products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience a plus.
• Korean language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to customers and process transactions.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers about bank products and services and refer to colleagues as needed.
• Resolve basic concerns and escalate complex issues to branch staff.
