Job summary

IDB Bank in Los Angeles is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support banking teams with account opening, maintenance, cash management and loan servicing. Qualifications

• 3+ years of teller experience at a U.S. bank is required.
• 3+ years in financial industry or transferable skills.
• Knowledge of BSA, AML, KYC and related regulatory requirements.
• Strong customer service focus with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle service inquiries to support retention and growth of clients.
• Use case management tools to prioritize tasks and meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and banking teams for a white-glove experience.
• Assist with daily reports, funds transfer requests, and client requests.
• Support KYC processes, document collection, and account opening tasks.
• Perform client call backs to authenticate transactions and servicing requests.
• Communicate instructions and provide training and updates to partners and clients.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines and internal policies with attention to risk.
• Collaborate on initiatives to enhance client experience and data integrity.
• Support day-to-day banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, money orders).
