Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client services experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business account types and document requirements.
• Experience with Know Your Customer / Customer Identification Programs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Onboards Business and Consumer depository products and services.
• Completes Treasury Management (TM) set-up forms for TM products and services for business clients.
• Fulfills various types of deposit account maintenance and supersede requests.
• Gathers and validates CDD/KYC information and forms for depository and TM services.
• Provides clients with detailed information about depository and TM products and services.
• Handles transaction and wire requests within prescribed authority limits.
• Responds to inquiries or refers to appropriate department and follows through with clients.
