Job summary

Banc of California, Inc. is seeking a Client Banking Officer for Community Banking Support in Santa Ana. The role provides servicing and fulfillment duties to internal and external clients, onboarding deposit accounts and treasury products for consumer and business clients.

You will handle calls and emails, process daily transactions, and apply sound judgment for approvals and inquiries, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while working with Relationship Managers.

Responsibilities

• Onboards Business and Consumer depository products and services routed through the Community Banking channel.
• Completes Treasury Management (TM) set-up forms for TM products and services for business clients.
• Fulfils deposit account maintenance and supersede requests.
• Gathers and validates CDD/KYC requirements and forms for depository and TM services.
• Provides clients with detailed information about depository and TM products and services.
• Processes transaction and wire requests up to prescribed authority limits.
• Responds to inquiries and follows up with clients and frontline staff.
