Banc of California is seeking a client services-focused professional to onboard business and consumer depository products and services, including Treasury Management setups. You will handle deposit maintenance, KYC compliance, and client inquiries, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to regulations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Banking or Financial Services, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet client needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of client services experience.
• 1-3 years of Banking or Financial Services experience.
• Experience in complying with Know Your Customer/Customer Identification Programs.
• Knowledge of consumer and business account types and document requirements.
• Knowledge of regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; oral, written and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Onboards Business and Consumer depository products and services.
• Completes Treasury Management (TM) setup forms for TM products and services.
• Handles deposit account maintenance and supersede requests.
• Gathers and validates KYC/CDD requirements for depository and TM services.
• Provides clients with detailed information about depository/TM products and services.
• Processes and approves routine and complex transactions with appropriate approvals.
