Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line client service support.
• Oversee deposit relationship and client documentation.
• Manage client relationships from application through ongoing support.
• Track and monitor account opening documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Process monetary transactions for customer accounts.
• Resolve customer disputes using bank policies and procedures.
