Job summary

Banc of California is seeking an experienced Client Services associate to support onboarding of consumer and business accounts and to facilitate treasury management services. You will handle calls and emails, process deposits, and ensure accuracy across transactions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to Know Your Customer requirements and regulatory knowledge while delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of client services experience.
• 1–3 years of Banking or Financial Services experience.
• Experience with Know Your Customer/Customer Identification Programs.
• Knowledge of consumer and business account types and document requirements.
• Knowledge of regulations.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and teams.
• Ability to adapt to change and work independently or in a group.

Responsibilities

• Onboards Business and Consumer depository products and services.
• Completes Treasury Management set-up forms for TM products.
• Handles deposit account maintenance and supersede requests.
• Gathers and validates CDD/KYC information for accounts.
• Provides clients with information about depository and TM products.
• Processes transactions and wire requests within authority limits.
• Responds to inquiries and collaborates with other departments to resolve issues.
