Job summary

Banc of California is seeking a frontline client services professional to onboard accounts, manage deposits and treasury-related requests for business and consumer clients.

The role requires 1+ year in banking or financial services, knowledge of KYC/CDD, and strong organizational skills. You will collaborate with multiple departments to process complex requests, ensure accuracy, and deliver responsive service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client services experience.
• 1-3 years in Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience with Know Your Customer/Customer Identification Programs.
• Knowledge of consumer and business account types and documentation.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboards business and consumer depository products and services.
• Completes Treasury Management set-up forms for TM products.
• Maintains deposit accounts and processes supersede requests.
• Gathers and validates CDD/KYC information.
• Provides clients with detailed information on depository and TM products.
• Handles wire transfers and transactions up to authority limits.
• Resolves complex inquiries with sound judgment and precedents.
• Coordinates across departments to fulfill client requests.
• Identifies cross-sale opportunities to support client banking needs.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
