EXL in New York/New Jersey is seeking a senior banking leader to own and grow a key strategic account. The role is hybrid, with onsite work required for 3 days at the New York office, and offers a base salary up to $200K plus annual bonus targets.

You will lead a major banking engagement, expanding EXL's footprint and deepening executive relationships while delivering data-driven transformations and technology-led value to the client.

• Own revenue, pipeline, client satisfaction, and relationship expansion with senior stakeholders.
• Shape high-impact solutions across consumer lending, credit risk, fraud, analytics, data management and AI.
