Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Banker to partner with Schwab Wealth Advisory teams, delivering banking, lending, and trust solutions to high-net-worth clients. You will coordinate with sales, credit, operations, and trusted professionals to craft tailored financing packages and deposit strategies.

The role focuses on residential mortgages, HELOCs, securities-based lending, and deposit services, with emphasis on risk controls, client service, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of lending consultation and business development experience with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Expert knowledge of credit products including mortgages, HELOCs, and securities-based loans.
• Strong ability to analyze cash flow and balance sheets of HNW/UHNW clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise Schwab Wealth Advisory clients on bank lending, deposits, and trust solutions, including pricing and deal structures.
• Partner with Schwab teammates across geographies to identify lending, deposit, and trust opportunities.
• Own banking client experience from initial contact to loan funding or account establishment; coordinate with partners and providers.
