Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Banker to partner with Schwab Wealth Advisory and its end clients, providing banking and credit solutions including mortgages, HELOCs, and securities-based lending. This role requires close collaboration with the Bank Sales Team, Credit Team, Operations, and Trust/D deposit services to tailor solutions for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lending consultation and business development experience in Financial Services or with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Expert knowledge of mortgage products, home equity lines of credit, and securities-based loans; familiarity with deposits and brokerage margins.
• Ability to analyze cash flow and balance sheets of HNW/UHNW clients; basic estate planning and tax concepts.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills.
• Series 7 and 63/65 licenses; NMLS license within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Advise Schwab Wealth Advisory clients on banking, lending, deposits, and trust solutions, including pricing and deal structures.
• Collaborate with Schwab partners in assigned geographies to identify lending, deposit, and trust opportunities and action plans.
• Develop and present lending, deposit, and trust solutions with credit specialists as needed.
• Own the client experience from initial contact to loan funding or account establishment, coordinating with partners and third-party providers.
• Coordinate with accountants, attorneys, and other professionals as needed to support banking inquiries and servicing.
