Charles Schwab in the United States is seeking a Senior Banker to partner with Schwab Wealth Advisory and clients, delivering banking and credit solutions including mortgages, HELOCs, and securities-based lending.

You will collaborate with Sales, Credit, Operations, Trust and Deposit teams to tailor recommendations and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for high‑net‑worth clients. The role supports a hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of lending consultation and business development in Financial Services or with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Expert knowledge of residential mortgage products, home equity lines of credit, and securities-based loans.
• Proven ability to analyze cash flow and balance sheets for HNW/UHNW clients; knowledge of estate planning techniques and tax strategies.
• Strong diplomacy, discretion, and professional communication; ability to manage transactions.
• Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses required; NMLS license to be obtained within 90 days.

Aufgaben

• Advise clients on bank lending, deposits, and trust solutions, including pricing and deal structures.
• Partner with Schwab teammates across geographies to identify lending and trust opportunities.
• Develop and present creative lending, deposit and trust solutions with credit partners as needed.
• Own banking client experience from initial contact to funding or account setup; coordinate with third-party providers.
• Identify complex transaction structures and ensure smooth application processing and servicing.
• Maintain awareness of application status and communicate with partners and vendors.
• Address issues during loan processing and assist with underwriting requests.
