Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Banker to partner with Schwab Wealth Advisory and end clients, delivering tailored banking and credit solutions. You will coordinate with a wide team to offer mortgages, HELOCs, securities-based lending, as well as trust and deposit services.

The role requires 5+ years in lending with HNW/UHNW clients, Series 7/63/65 or 66 licenses (NMLS within 90 days), and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lending consultation and business development in Financial Services or with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Expert knowledge of credit products including mortgages, HELOCs, securities-based loans; familiarity with deposits and cash management.
• Ability to analyze cash flow and balance sheets of HNW/UHNW clients; understanding of estate structuring and tax strategies.
• Strong diplomacy, discretion, professionalism; capable of screening and managing transactions with rare supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; strong relationship-building with Schwab partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise Schwab Wealth Advisory clients on Bank lending, deposits, and trust solutions including pricing and deal structures.
• Collaborate with Schwab teammates across geographies to identify lending and trust opportunities and plan actions.
• Establish a reputation for execution; gain confidence of Schwab Partners to develop opportunities.
• Develop and present creative lending, deposit, and trust solutions with credit partners as needed.
• Own the client banking experience from first contact to loan funding or account setup; coordinate with partners and third-party providers.
