Job summary

Trovata is seeking an experienced Lead Delivery Manager to join our Bank Pro delivery function. You will own end-to-end planning and execution of Bank Pro implementations across engineering, product, and partner teams, aligning internal and bank stakeholders to go-live milestones.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years of program management in financial services, exceptional client management, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional programs in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• U.S.-based with ability for domestic and international travel.
• 8–12 years of project or program management experience in tech/fintech.
• Experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs in a fast-moving environment.
• Exceptional client management and communication skills.
• Strong command of PM methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of bank connectivity and file formats (BAI2, MT940, API).
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Remote-first / flexible work environment.
• Equity offered and home office setup provided.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of Bank Pro implementations and enhancement programs.
• Coordinate engineers, product managers, implementation specialists, and bank partner stakeholders.
• Manage bank partner relationships and align delivery to go-live goals.
• Establish program rigor: reporting, risk tracking, RAID logs, and decision frameworks.
• Communicate status and risks to leadership and propose resolutions.
