Job summary

Trovata is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to own Bank Pro delivery, coordinating engineering, product, implementation, and bank partner teams across complex fintech programs. You will manage scope, schedule, dependencies, and risk from kickoff to go-live.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of PM experience in financial services or fintech, with strong client management and communication skills, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project or program management experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• U.S.-based with ability for domestic and international travel to support bank partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Bank Pro delivery: end-to-end planning and execution of Bank Pro implementations and enhancements spanning engineering, product, and partner teams.
• Coordinate engineers, product managers, implementation specialists, and bank partner stakeholders toward shared milestones.
• Manage bank partner relationships and align delivery teams to go-live goals.
• Establish program rigor with governance, cadence, risk tracking, RAID logs, and clear decision-making frameworks.
• Communicate program health, milestones, dependencies, and risks to leadership, escalating issues early.
