Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology delivery engagements for strategic banking clients in New York. You will drive end-to-end delivery, financial management, client engagement, and governance across Agile and traditional models.

The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and a proven track record in managing complex, multi-site programs within the Banking domain. Expect a competitive compensation package and global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 12–18+ years of IT Services and Consulting with delivery leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale Banking and Financial Services technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end programs and portfolios within the Banking domain with governance and risk management.
• Lead staffing, workforce forecasting, and talent development to optimize delivery quality and profitability.
• Own delivery P&L, revenue forecasting, and commercial governance to improve margins.
• Deliver fixed-price and outcome-based engagements with defined scope and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain operational governance, dashboards, KPIs, and RAID for timely escalations.
• Build trusted client relationships and lead executive governance meetings for risk mitigation and growth.
